A Wednesday

I could not watch at its release but some how I managed watch this film yesterday. The concept was little different. The story runs in cheating screenplay (cheating screenplay is a technique where they portrays doing things for one purpose but does it for something else. Good example is - Aithe). A common man (Naseeruddin Shah) demanding commissioner of police (Anupam Kher) to release four terrorists so that he can kill them. For that he plants a bomb in PS opposite to head quarters and threatens that there are six more in city trigged off at 5 pm and if they don’t release the goons.

Naseeruddin Shah donned that role. He was apt. The way he looked cool was very impressive and his working style & dialect was very impressive.

Anupam kher as was good as Police Boss and the way he acts at tough situations gave an idea of how police do behave on certain incidents.

Jimmy Shergil is good with a new avatar as a hot-blooded cop. Aamir Bashir is also good as efficient police office. Deepal Shaw is good as news-hunger journalist.

Story, screenplay and direction are assets of the film. This proves again that a new director with new thoughts can do a good film. When I heard that this is film is based on terrorism I thought there will be couple of blasts but the story is completely different. It is hard to deal this film with out tight screen play and Director Neeraj Pandey has done a good home work which can be observed in every frame. Definitely he has a long way to go industry. Dialogues are realistic. You can relate to our own language at times. . Cinematography, Editing &. Background music are good.

Over all its 4.5/5 marks film and a must watch. One of the best of its Kind. Don’t miss it.

* I never feel good to reveal the story but as the movie is little old and does not give a feel unless you watch it I had.

YuvRaj

Idi asalu ee genre movie no naaku artham kaledu…Director Subash B(G)hai ne adagali…Music genre lo start ayyi, atu nunchi love loki digi anni vadili Brother setiment loki digutundi…

Anta kante ghoram enti ante cinema anta Saaaaaaaaaaaaaagutune untundi. Asalu aa director em cheppali anukunado anukunnado prekshakulu madhyalone marchi potaru…nidra poyina vallani vadileste…

Performances ki vaste Anil Kapoor, Katrina and Boman Irani are Good. Salman and Mithun Chakravarty same old action…and Zayed Khan needs to improve on lot of things.

KATRINA KAIF IS LOOKING MARVELLOUS. She is as good as AISH in Jodha Akbar. She looked cute in each and every scene.

Music by AR Rahman is not impressive.

Over all ga please avoid this…DVD lo chusina I bet you will switch it off in between.

Golmaal Returns

one more comedy from Asta Vinayak.

Gopal (Ajay Devgangets stuck in a yacht after saving an attractive woman Meera (Celina Jaitley) from some goons. Both end up spending the night on the yacht and when he comes home the next day, his painfully suspicious wife (Kareena) suspects him. Gopal knows it's going to be hard to quell her suspicion so he concocts a cock-and-bull story about having stayed the night with a fictitious friend called Anthony Gonsalves. Gopal convinces his junior at work, Laxman (Shreyas Talpade) to pretend to be Anthony. Madhav (Arshad Warsi) who has rivalrly with Ajay on on hand and other hand is Esha's(Amrita Arora-Ajay's sister) boyfriend learns that the latter had been missing from home that eventful night and begins checking on him.

Though this is said to be a comdedy film by nature director could not succed making out and out comedy one except for few scenes. This is OK film to watch if you have some time with nothing else to do nor wait for DVD.

Dostana review by me

DASVIDANIYA.

DASVIDANIYA...One of the best films I have watched in recent times…
This is story of a person who is about to die in 3 months and how he fulfills his small wishes in those months…

Though the story goes little slow the screen play is Just Awesome. Vinay Pathak had just lived in a role of dying patient. He is exceptionally well and his performance is just brilliant in this film. I would say this film should bang couple of awards for the Vinay Pathak and as the well as the director Shashant Shah. Rajat Kapoor, Neha dhupia and the person who did his brother role were good.

SCENES IMPRESSED ME:
· The expressions while he deletes the file and pours frooti on his boss quitting his job.
· Expressing love to Neha Dupia – Too excellent…can watch the film for this scene alone.
· LOVE at Russia
· Title roles at the end.

Dialogues, music and editing are good. Over all it’s a must film to watch…don’t miss it.

VINAYAKUDU...A sonia's Film

EE cinema enduku chudali ani adigithe Oakte Mata: watch it for “SONIA”; True she is Gorgeous. and she is the only attraction of the film…inkem ledu cinamalo…
J
agratha ga gamaniste idi Anand – O Manchi coffee lanti abbbayi ki remake antanu…with little changes…home work lekunda inta manchi cinema teeyagalaru ani telsindi.

Actors: SONIA did a great job…Apt film for her solo debut and for sure she is one who will reach heights. (I predicted the same for Shriya after watching Istam) chala cute ga chesindi…and vara veena song lo Saree lo kuda she impressed…chala koddi mandiki matrame sarees as well as modern dresses suit avutayi…She Rocksssss…and Migata valla vishyaniki vaste Krishnudu was Good…he could have done better but director could not do justice to his role…chala chotla emotions bayataki raledu…Hero friend ga vesina “ALTAF” baga unnadu…we can expect one more new actor…heroin friend bagundi…Ankita unanta varaku bane chesina aa role ni Kaima kinda tukku tukku ga kottadu director… Satya is adequate as hero's sister.

STORY: Inka story vishayaniki vatse…abba “Asha – Dosa” nenu meeku story cheppanu kanee only story ela undo cheptanu…Ok coming to point. Sai Kiran Adavi Anand ki remake chestunna ana thought enduko raledo meeku cinema chuste telsutundi…Asalu Home work ledu…Sekhar Kammula school nunchi vachina maro director kuda home work cheyyakunda vacahdu…Chala chotla links tegutayi…konni scenes lo director ki emayindi anna anumanam kalaga podu…Ex: Sonia Rajiv ni reject chesina region…chala foolish ga undi…and also krishudu- sonia godava padda scenes (sania mirza gurinchi starting lo & emotional scene at ending.) rendu balevu…asalu antha emotion enduku ani doubt vachindi…em pettalo director artham kaledu…KANEE mechu kovalsina vishyam enti ante EMOTIONS to baga adukunnadu SEKHAR KAMMULA laga…film could get over on that one reason.

Screen play : emotions matram palakinchadam lo chala suceess ayina Sai could not get over with many scenes…screen play lo I would give him only 50 % marks. chala mandi actors nunchi inka pindu kpvachu director.

Editing : Editing by Marthad first half lo editing baledu anipinchindi…chala chotla scenes skip ayinayi + scenes ayipoyinaka kuda voice over continue avutune undi…second half was neat

Camera work was neat & Music by Sam is Good with less songs.

Aninti kanaa nachina scenes…heroin hero ni pelli chesukomani adige scene…

kaneee inni flaws unna its a fair movie...most of the flaws are technical...mamulu kanti ki its a worth watch...Prem kumar gari taste bavundi…Nice film from his production house. Over all chudalsina film for all movie lovers…film chala neat ga undi…Good one. dont miss this....

J. P. Dutta directed and produced this war epic which stars Sunny Deol, Jackie Shroff, Sunil Shetty, Akshaye Khanna, Pooja Bhatt, Sharbani Mukherjee and Tabu.

This is on film I have watched for more than 30 times (after NINNE PELLADUTHA). But I feel the freshness every time I watch...

Many scenes in the movie raise my patriotic levels and make my shy for not joining ARMY. Seriously I have this thought from my child hood…OK coming back to the movie…

Every scene and every character is well potrayed in the film. equal importance is given to every character despite having so many of them. I particularly related to the ones of AKSHAY KHANNA and SUNEEL SHETTY.

I like AKSHAY KHANNA’s action particularly in the scene where he kills the informer for the first time in WAR FOOT. Also Suneel Shetty when he sleeps in the SAND and when asked, he replies “Does your feel you MOTHER’s lap HEAT…” and in the scene when he saves QURAN for a MUSLIM and says “HINDU HOON….SADISI EHI SIKHTA AAYA HINDU DHARAM”

The scene before the “SANDESHE AATE HAIN” when the soldiers read the letters they received, the way the JP DUTTA portrayed that scene is BRILLIANT. My eyes do wet when ever I see that scene. I know these scenes are mostly true as many of our soldiers may be facing all these troubles at home and despite of all their troubles they do SERVE OUR COUNTRY at their life’s RISK. KUDOS JP DUTTA.

THIS POST IS DEDICATED TO OUR SOLDIERS WHO SPEND THEIR COMPLETE LIFE AT BORDER FOR GIVING A PEACEFUL LIFE TO THE ENTIRE NATION
